Our Professional Development Hub (PDH), also known as our training website, is now live! You can now register to gain access to the site which has courses, resources and materials to support with continued learning.

The PDH provides high quality, accessible, and up to date training opportunities and resources to our providers, practice site staff, care coordinators, community organizations, and members across region 2. Training Highlight:

Care Coordination Boot Camp begins, 2/6/2026 11-12:15pm!

Join us for a targeted training course designed for all Tier 3 and 3+ practices, with a special focus on care coordination. Our February 6th First Fridays will mark the official launch of the Care Coordination Bootcamp, a seven‑week, structured course created for practice administrators and care coordinators. The Bootcamp is designed to build competency in care coordination standards and requirements, while also preparing teams for upcoming audits. This launch session will set the stage for the weeks ahead, offering practical guidance, shared learning, and a clear path toward strengthening care coordination across practices. February 6, 11-12:15pm: Care Coordination Coaching

Join us for a targeted training session designed for all Tier 3 and 3+ practices, with a special focus on care coordination. February 20, 11:30-12:30pm: Hospital Transformation Program Pop Up Session

Join us for a focused overview of Hospital Transformation Program (HTP) outcomes from the past year, including hospital achievements, key measures, and lessons learned. Learn how hospitals are collaborating to improve patient outcomes and explore practical, hospital-led strategies addressing Social Determinants of Health, behavioral health hospitalizations, and substance use disorder care (SBIRT, MAT, and opioid treatment). April 3, 11-12:15pm: Access to Care Standards

In this session we will provide a clear, practical overview of Access to Care Standards for both behavioral health and physical health. We’ll review the required timelines and expectations, then walk through common pitfalls providers encounter and how to avoid them. There will be time to talk through real scenarios and begin shaping or refining workflows that support timely access, compliance, and a better member experience. Flyer & more info coming soon!
