Welcome to NHP’s network! NHP serves Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) members in Region 2 and oversees two essential provider networks. NHP manages the Primary Care Medical Provider (PCMP) network directly, supporting physical health providers who act as medical homes and coordinate comprehensive care for members. For behavioral health services, NHP partners with Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP) to manage a network of providers offering behavioral health and substance use disorder care. By joining either network, you’ll help expand access to high-quality, integrated care for individuals and families throughout Colorado.

Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF)

The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing is the state agency responsible for managing public health insurance programs in Colorado. HCPF administers Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+), providing health coverage to more than 1.7 million Coloradans—including children, pregnant individuals, adults, seniors, and people with disabilities.
