Northeast Health Partners (NHP) provides reasonable modifications for individuals with disabilities, including appropriate auxiliary aids and services, such as qualified interpreters and information in alternative formats like large print, braille or other formats. These services are provided free of charge and in a timely manner when necessary to ensure accessibility and equal opportunity for individuals with disabilities to participate in programs and services.

NHP also offers language services to individuals with limited English proficiency. These services include written and electronic translations, as well as read aloud.
