Member Experience Advisory Council (MEAC)

Our MEAC meetings are safe spaces where Health First Colorado members, caregivers, and family members can speak openly about their experiences with their health plan. By sharing your story, you help us understand what’s working and where we can do better—so we can continue to improve care for you and your community. Your input makes a real difference.

What is MEAC?

MEAC is a “members only” meeting for people who are part of Northeast Health Partners. A person who will listen to you will lead the meeting. You will be able to share any concerns about your health care in a safe setting.

Our MEAC meetings are safe spaces where Health First Colorado members, caregivers, and family members can speak openly about their experiences with their health plan.

By sharing your story, you help us understand what’s working and where we can improve, so we can continue to deliver better care for you and your community. Your input makes a real difference.

We offer five MEAC meeting options across our region. Choose the one that works best for you and be part of the conversation.

Together, we can build a better health plan—one voice at a time.
