You have the right to file a complaint at any time. You also have a right to request an appeal for any denied behavioral health services within sixty (60) days of the notice of denied services. NHP will help you file a complaint or appeal.

You have the right to file a complaint at any time.  You also have a right to request an appeal for any denied behavioral health services within sixty (60) days of the notice of denied services.

To file a complaint, please call NHP at 800-541-6870. This is a toll-free call.  We will help answer your questions and send you any necessary forms.

Accessible Materials Notice

If you need any document from our website in large print, Braille, other formats, or languages, or read aloud, or you need a paper copy, please contact us. We will send this to you free of charge within five (5) business days. NHP can also connect you to language services including American Sign Language or help you find a provider with ADA accommodations. Our number is 800-541-6870 or 711 (State Relay) for members with speech or hearing disabilities. These services are free.
