QM/HE Workgroup: Well Visits, Immunizations, & Developmental Screening in the First Three Years of Life

We invite our contracted providers to participate in our KPI-aligned workgroups. These one-hour sessions meet every other month and offer a collaborative space to work alongside NHP team members to support improved clinical outcomes.
These workgroups support network goals and provide a space to exchange best practices with other healthcare professionals. What’s learned through these discussions informs the larger QM group and helps drive regional performance.
