Cara: Cara is a Colorado Native and grew up just south of Denver. She has worked in healthcare for over 15 years and started her career focusing on expanding behavioral healthcare access to children and adolescents. Cara is passionate about impacting overall system change to ensure the most vulnerable communities have access to all healthcare services. When Cara is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two little girls, ages 4 ½ and 10 months.
Fun Fact: Cara is a certified yoga teacher and loves practicing mindfulness activities and sharing the benefits of yoga with her family and friends.
