NHP in the Community

At NHP, we don’t just serve communities — we’re part of them. As your regional organization,  we work hand-in-hand with local providers, community-based organizations, and members to create healthier, more connected places to live.

NHP is deeply committed to community engagement. We actively participate in local events, health fairs, school partnerships, and collaborative initiatives throughout the region. Whether it’s sharing resources at a community gathering, supporting behavioral health awareness campaigns, or listening to feedback from our member councils, we’re on the ground — building trust, relationships, and systems of care that work for everyone.

We believe that strong, healthy communities are built through collaboration, respect, and showing up, and that’s exactly what we do.

In 2024, NHP attended over 130 events in ten counties, meeting with over 35,000 individuals.

Praise from Real NHP Members

In NHP RAE 2, our community members are at the heart of everything we do. Hearing directly from the people we serve is a powerful reminder of why our mission matters. These quotes highlight the real experiences of NHP members who have felt supported, valued, and cared for through our programs and services. Their words reflect the trust we strive to build and the positive impact we aim to make in our community every day.
